A Favorite Things Party | Stocking Stuffers Under $15

Hi Friends,

I went to my first Favorite Things Party the other night and had a blast!  Wow!  What a fun night!  Thank you to my sweet friend, Sarah for hosting!  There were so many great gifts, and I want to share them with you all.  If you are planning a Favorite Things Party, or attending one, it is a fun way to get great stocking stuffer ideas!  Our limit was under $10 ISH…..but it seemed most gifts were around $12-$13.

If you have never been to a Favorite Things Party I will recap.  I know there are lots of versions, so you can adjust the rules as needed.  First, the host designates a price point and number of gifts for everyone to bring to the party.  In our case, we brought 5 of the same gifts & spent $10 and under on each. (wrapped)  Everyone was assigned a number for their turn to pass out their 5 gifts.  Each person then draws 5 numbers out of a bucket. This determines the 5 gifts you will receive.  For example, I was #13 and when it was my turn to pass out my gifts everyone that drew a 13  (5 people) received my gift.

My outfit of the night was this easy look I had in my closet.  I am all about dressing up plaid during the holidays.  That’s all you need is a fun statement necklace or earrings, a little holiday lipstick and you are set!  Check out my outfit details below by clicking on the images or links.

My gift was this “Wash and Wear” travel bag I found at J.Crew Factory.  I loved the print and it came in handy on my last trip to Cabo!  Click here to shop this bag.

I looked around online and tried to find all the items that were at the party this year.  If I couldn’t find the exact item, I linked something similar to give you an idea of the gifts that were brought.  Again, head to the blog to see all the items in a clickable widget format, instead of a list.  (This only happens if you are subscribed to my blog and are getting the emailed version.)  Click here to head to the blog. 🙂
