Wow! This week has been so busy and actually flew by for us. The weather has been all over the place as we had freezing temps at the beginning of the week and 80 degree weather by Wednesday. I am not complaining though, because the Texas heat will get here and that’s when everyone is begging for fall again. 😉

First, I would like to thank all my readers that have subscribed to my blog! I just started blogging less than 6 months ago and LOVE it! I know I have a lot to learn, and plan to learn it all! I am loving what I am doing and hope to inspire and help women make their lives a little easier when shopping and styling outfits, cooking thats good for the whole family and a little fitness motivation. If I can do that then my day is made!!

Clean eating is something I am very passionate about because it has helped me so much! When I discovered Whole30 after having my third baby I knew it was something I had to try. I also shared this veggie soup recipe on my Instagram Stories…..You can follow me along on Instagram for more daily recipe inspiration. This recipe is a must during the chilly months! What is great about this recipe is you can add or take away the veggies you don’t like. I leave corn out most of the time especially if I am doing Whole30. If you are a vegetarian, just leave out the ground meat and use water instead of broth. Happy cooking!

I had a fun fashion week! I snuck into Rue Bird Market on Wednesday (Happy Valentine’s Day to me) 🙂 and tried on a lot of their new spring arrivals! Tons of embroidered tops, distressed jeans, new spring and summer shoes, and lots of dresses! There is something for everyone. If you are local, Rue Bird Market is located in La Centerra off Cinco Ranch Blvd. in Katy. If not, you can still follow them on Instagram and shop through there! You know when you find something at the store and everything is perfect?! Well that is how I feel about these $24.99 jeans! I tried on a few sizes because I wasn’t sure of the fit and boyfriend jeans sometimes are tricky. I ended up sizing down one size and absolutely LOVE the fit! If you are looking for a boyfriend jean I recommend giving these a try. I personally would order a few sizes just to be safe. They don’t stretch out, so no need to worry about that! Boyfriend jeans are great with sneakers, but I love pairing them with flats and flip-flops for a casual day or heels and dressy blouse for a night out.

I told you these jeans were a new favorite! :). This was such a fun day with my little guys! They started off with pancakes and eggs and a little Valentine treat from mom and dad! I hope you had a wonderful day and spent the day doing what you love. Happy Valentine’s Day my sweet friends.

Ladies, my sweet friend recommended I try the Revlon Salon One-Step Hair Dry & Volumizer. Let me tell you I used it once last night and it was AMAZING! I am going to use it again this week and show you before and after pictures of my hair with it and without! I highly recommend trying this if blow-drying your hair is a pain or if you are a uncoordinated round brusher….like me! It was fast and efficient. My hair was super soft like after a good blow out and I didn’t have to worry about round brushing!
