Summer is coming quick! We are about to start our last week of school and my little guy is already finished with preschool for the year! I am ready for summer break though. I enjoy the lack of schedule, no early alarms going off, and no rushing out the door. My boys usually get to participate in a few summer camps with their buddies and we also try to hit the beach and pool as much as possible. It gets really hot here in Texas!
One way I stay cool during the hot summer months is easy breezy summer dresses that you can dress up or down. I wear them a lot just for errands with my boys, or dress them up for a dinner out with the hubby.
In this blog post I have rounded up my favorite summer dresses all under $30!

This blush shift dress was such a pretty color. I loved the loose fit and pockets. This dress did fit TTS, but I would size down if in between. A great option for teachers, the office or a casual everyday dress. It comes in a few prints as well. Click here to get yours!

I ordered this dress online last week, and loved the comfortable fit. I wore it to my older boys school awards and lunch out. These two dresses were a part of a March try-on and have been 2 favorites for the past month! The blue floral was my Mother’s Day dress and I also wore it to a birthday lunch with friends. I also love a good black maxi! It is a staple item everyone should have in their closet. This one has the softest material and I loved the fit. Both dresses fit TTS.
I tried this dress on in store and shared during an Instagram try-on and had to bring it home. I loved the mix of stripes and the chevron stripe is very flattering. I really like how it draws the eye up. It does come belted, but I removed it. You can style it either way. Click here to get yours.

Another stripe option that also comes in a solid red. Hello Memorial Day/Fourth of July or any summer occasion! I love the fit of this one. It is so comfortable but still looks put together. Ok, hear me out on this one. I am still confused. ; ) I ordered this dress and the one above came! So not sure what happened or how it got mixed up. I couldn’t find the one above online, but it appears the fabric and style is the same except for the front. So, I am returning this white one and reordering this one that I originally ordered. They also accidentally sent a medium and I ordered a small. I am totally confused on this one, but will be reordering the correct dress. 🙂 Click here for the one I ordered. 🙂
One bonus romper thrown in the try-on because I loved the comfy fit. It is the cutest, loose fitting, comfy romper with pockets and a drawstring waist. I am wearing the small and I like the comfortable fit. I did order an XS to compare the fit, so possibly size down if you are in between sizes.
