Let’s talk all things Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! Are you a shopper? Or do you browse? I have done both. As I have learned the sale over the past couple of years I have started to enjoy it more and more and love to see what new items are included.
If you do plan to shop the sale. This blog post will give you the details you need to be ready. So let’s chat about it. The Nordstrom sale allows card holders to shop first. Now, with that being said you don’t need to hurry and apply for a card if you don’t typically shop Nordstrom. You can still apply for a Nordstrom card to gain early access.
This sale is really fun and you can snag some great pieces at affordable prices + you can’t beat FREE shipping and FREE returns. I typically will order a few things that I think are great staples to have. After giving my opinion/review on each item, I decide what I want to keep and send the rest back. Do I order everything….no. I like to pick and choose the best items from the sale that I know will be staples in my closet for fall. So after the sale goes LIVE be on the look out for my next blog post about what I ordered.
When is the Anniversary Sale?
- All card members can shop Early Access starting August 13 – or earlier depending on your Nordstrom card status
- Anniversary sale opens to the public August 19 – 30. Prices go back up Aug. 31st.
- Online shopping begins 9:30am ET/6:30am PT
What is the Anniversary Sale?
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale will be offering new arrivals from top brands at major discounts. There is typically lots of boots, booties, cardigans, sweaters, tees and so much more from all categories.

What is New
Nordstrom is giving everyone the ability to preview the sale starting July 24th. This Thursday! This way you have plenty of time to save your favorites to your wishlist. This will help you check out faster when the sale opens. Then come back to my page to shop. š
WHY shop the sale ~ The sale always has great deals on brands like Madewell, Zella, Spanx, Top Shop, Barefoot Dreams and the best part is every category is included. I always like to take advantage of the sale because there is always free shipping and free returns. Nordstrom has excellent customer service too. Now, with the sale there is a little frustration because some items sell out and do not return or sizes are limited. This has happened to me several times, but it isn’t the end all be all. One tip is if you are thinking about it, why not go ahead and order it just in case it sells out. You can always box it back up and ship it right back if you decide against the item.
A question I get a lot when someone is making a purchase through my designated link, is how to ensure they are doing it properly so I can get the credit.
