Hello friends,

As most of you know I use to teach elementary school for years. I loved that time in my life and loved teaching. Funny thing, I went to school to study psychology and fell in love with teaching when I decided to substitute teach to make extra money in college. I quickly switched gears and got my teaching certificate so I could teach elementary school.

So now that school is back in session for most or starting soon I thought I would round up Monday – Friday outfits for back in the classroom or Zoom teachers too!

If you missed my Reels videos sharing all the outfits- click here for Week 1 – teacher edition and click here for Week 2 – teacher edition.

Midi length fall dress – true to size (runs a smidge big but still tts) This dress is o e of my faves from this week’s outfits. It makes the perfect midi dress and I love the navy floral. A great option for fall family photos too!

Low heel sandals – I love the sandals because one they are very comfortable, two they come in other color options and three they have a low heel which makes them great for work and the classroom. I sized up a half size.

Sweater top – this sweater top is adorable and the fit is so comfy and flattering. I am in my true size.

Skinny black pants – these Amazon pull on pants have been a hidden gem I wish I would have had back in my teaching days. Like I said, they PULL on with an elastic waist plus they have pockets which make them more like a pant than a legging IMO.

Styled with casual sneakers, but if you saw my video I was wearing flats.

The same black skinny pants but witching it up with a sleeveless blouse (wearing a small) and adding this cozy cardigan for chilly classrooms and work places. The blouse has the prettiest collar detail and can be layered easily underneath a jacket, blazer or cardigan. The cardigan is oversized, but still get your true size.

leopard flats – I have had these for about a year now and love the comfy fit. The sizes are limited, so I linked one similar option and another neutral option I just ordered!

Get the look: Fall long sleeve floral dress – a perfect fall option for work or play. This is another one that would be a good family photo option as well! TTS – I am wearing a small.

Fit tip: styled the dress for a fall dressier look in these booties and dressed it down with sneakers. Both shoe options are TTS.

As we all know, Friday is spirit wear day for most schools and that means jeans!! Finding a good non distressed denim these days can sometimes be hard. I love this straight leg pair. They are a classic fit and the fit is TTS. They are a bit of a splurge but very comfortable and worth the price IMO. A classic denim never goes out of style. And even better, they come in petite, classic and tall options.

Fit tip- dress fits tts and the buttons are completely functional. Nursing friendly, great for a baby bump too! Keep scrolling for another way to style this dress.

Another way to style this button down dress is leaving it completely unbuttoned and styled as a jacket/cardigan.

Get the look – Midi skirt – This skirt is one of my favorites and has been in my closet for 2 years! If you are looking for midi skirts this is an excellent one to try! I just ordered it in PINK!

styled withblack cami (tts) | denim jacket – similar | leopard flats- similar| leopard sneakers | gold bangles

Fit tip – This has an elastic waist and pockets! Works well with sandals, sneakers and booties for any season. I also love styling it with tanks, t-shirts, fitted tops and sweaters. This sweater is one I wear with it during the winter! This tee is also a recent find that would be a great work option with this skirt.

Get the look oversized cardigan | cami tank | black skinny pants | leopard shoes | gold bangles

Fit tip – This oversized cardigan works well with almost any base layer! A great staple piece to have in your closet for work wear or casual. It comes in several colors and the fit is oversized and comfortable.

The rust tank is a newer find and the perfect color for fall. I love that it has adjustable straps, but I do recommend possibly sizing up in this one. I am wearing the small and have the straps on the largest option. So if you are bustier, you may want to try a size up, so it’s not too tight across the chest.

Y’all know what day this look is….FRIDAY for my teachers! I’ve got another non distressed denim for you!

Get the look blouse (small) | denim (size down one size) | booties (TTS) *new version linked

Fit tip – These jeans are a great dark wash, mid rise option without distressing. A great work wear option for causal work days or back to school teachers. Or even if you are working from home….the elastic built in keeps these jeans comfortable and not restricting. I do recommend sizing down one size or going with your smaller denim size due to stretch in these. I always size down in this brand.

My blouse is a tie front option or tuck in. The buttons are functioning and would work well for nursing moms. I love the pretty red floral but also check out the other color options too! The fit is TTS. For reference, I am wearing a small.

Peplum sleeveless blouse | black skinny pull on pants | leopard flats | similar denim jacket

Fit tip: Blouse is a dressier option that is great for the workplace, a date night out or even a dressy event. I love the pretty fabric and peplum fit. It also comes in black and fits true to size.

Styled with –

green jacket – a great light weight option with a built in tie. True to size

leopard jacket – another great layering jacket in the cutest leopard print. True to size, but you could size down for more fitted jacket look. I could go XS or Small in this one. Also, love the olive green jacket it comes in too!

pink skirt – I did a side knot with the black dress and just tucked it in the skirt. This pink skirt is adorable all on its own with full lining, an elastic waist and pockets. Get your true size in the skirt. It also comes in a blue stripe.
