I can’t believe that August is almost over. We are inching closer to fall and that means wedding season. I love this time of year, even though it doesn’t cool off here in Houston for awhile there is still something special about fall days.

We had a wedding this past weekend and it was so fun to see family members and the cute happy couple. I wore this pretty black dress that I have shared before around the holidays. I love the classic fit and it’s a dress I can keep in my closet for multiple wears.

Dresses

Lace dress – this stunner is one of my newest favorites. It’s a perfect wedding guest option or holiday dress. I wore it this past weekend and loved it. Get your true size in this one.

Slinky off the shoulder dress – I’ve had this one in my closet for awhile now and it’s perfect go to option. You might want a slip for this one just because underneath the flaps of the dress it is a tad sheer. I learned this after putting it on and going to a wedding.🤣 Get your true size in this one too.

Classic LBD – a pretty little slinky number that gives me all the Breakfast at Tiffany’s vibes. Audrey Hepburn. This one fit true to size and zips up the back.

Dress – I love the style and fit of this dress. It’s a dressier work option or perfect for evening events. The fit is true to size and comes in several color options. It zips up the back and the front has a small zipper too.

Navy lace dress – This one is another fave I scooped up for a wedding this fall. The fit is gorgeous and I love the classic look. I would recommend sizing up one in this one. I’m wearing a medium.

Long sleeve wrap dress – another one I’ve had in my closet for awhile. I love the flowy fit. It does have a tie and semi wrap top. I used double sided sticky tape so it would not be as low cut on me. Another great find that comes in several colors and fits true to size.

Halter dress – this one is a fun flirty halter top dress that comes in so many fun prints. I am wearing my true size. Love love this one for any cocktail evenings. It also comes in a maxi option.

Maxi Dress

Maxi – looking for a sexy maxi option, check out this slinky dress. It comes in several colors and has a slit up the side. The back is open so stickies is what is recommended. This dress doesn’t have much top support. It ties around the neck and makes a gorgeous evening look!

Black Pants Outfits

Black skinny pants can be another classic go to option if you aren’t wanting to wear a dress. Finding the right blouse to spice up your look. An make an evening cocktail outfit perfect.

These black skinny pants have been a fan fave for weeks. They are true to size – I am in a size 4 for reference. They are a pull on skinny with an elastic waist. There are also pockets to make them look more like pants and not leggings. Perfect staple piece.

I paired the pants with this cute peplum top. It also comes in black and fits true to size. Or spice things up with the flutter sleeve bodysuit. Also, true to size.

Strapless / Stickies

During my last package day Tuesday where I share random finds from all categories, these adjustable sticky bras were a hit. They come in a pack of two and the strings in the middle can be tighten to lift you up if needed. Regular stickies don’t work for me because I need the lift!

Don’t forget the nude heels. I love finishing off my outfit with a comfortable cute pair of nude heels. They always make your legs look longer in my opinion. That’s a no brainer for me!🤩
