Happy Monday friends,
I am in shock that October is coming to an end this week! I mean wear did it go? Is everyone ready for Halloween? My boys picked out super hero costumes which is pretty standard around here. Weston is going to be Mickey I think. (if he let’s me put it on him) 🙂
I don’t know about you but I love neutrals for fall. There is something so clean and crisp about wearing your favorite neutrals during the chilly months. I always pull out my favorite camel sweater, leopard print and of course grays, whites and blush tones.
This blog post is filled with my favorite neutrals! I love to carry spring items into fall sometimes and just add scarves and layers help them transition to the cooler months.

shop the look: leopard clutch | gray tee | nude mules | bracelets- available at Ruebird Market
This is one of my favorite nude combos! Grays, tans, whites and a pop of leopard! We are still in the high 60’s-70’s here in Texas, so short sleeve is still an option for us. If you area is colder that is all you need is a cozy cardigan, coat or switch out your mules for boots!
This leopard clutch is my new favorite and the cutest clutch for under $35! A great gift idea, plus it has plenty of room for all your night out items!
My nude mules are my newest shoe purchase and I LOVE them. They run a tad small, so I would recommend trying a 1/2 size up. They are perfect for the office and the work place, and look great with jeans too. I love how the mule hugs your foot, so your foot will not slide out. They come in 3 other colors and are under $60.
I am always on the hunt for good basic tees. I stumbled upon this one when I ordered the two pack of tees I talked about for $18. Check out my Instagram feed to see how I styled the camo tee. Click here to check out the 2 pack for $18! This dark gray tee is super soft and a great thin basic tee. It is only $13 and comes in 22 colors!! I ordered a small and like the fit. Not to tight at all.
Lastly, bracelets are always a fun addition to any outfit. When I spotted these cute beaded bracelets at Rue Bird Market, I knew I had to show y’all! They are the perfect price point and come in the cutest packaging! Great gift idea! These bracelets come in different colors and so many great neutral colors. You can get all details by contacting Rue Bird Market.
Neutrals For Fall
Scarves are an easy way to add neutrals to an outfit or take a basic outfit up a notch. These cape scarves with arm holes are so chic! Have you tried one yet? They come in several colors, like this camel one, but there is something about this grey/black and nude that is giving me all the fall vibes.
Nude Scarves
Stripe Nude Dress
Leopard
Leopard has been such a fun trend this fall. Have you dipped into the leopard trend yet? This sweater is only $20 and a great way to try this trend out without spending a lot!
Neutral Coats
I tried this coat on at one of my last try-ons and fell in love. It comes in several colors, but I am loving this dark gray! The best part it is under $100!
I spotted this one online and for under $80 it is another great option for a classic coat. This one also comes in black.
Neutral Coats
Fur Vest
Vests are another way to add layer and nude colors to your outfits. I love this vest and recently tried it on. It is on my wish list for sure. This vest would be prefect for layering on dresses for fall pictures too!
Black Denim
I have raved about this pair of black denim already. They are extremely comfortable, high-waisted and have slimming front pockets to help suck it in! For reference, I sized down one size which was recommended by a friend that swears by these jeans! They are a bit of a splurge, but the fit is amazing and they don’t stretch out one bit!
- Madewell denim(same pair, different retailer)
- LOFT denim
- Old Navy denim
Neutral turtleneck / Stripe turtleneck
I am very anxious to try these turtlenecks on! I have one coming in the mail. They come in several solid colors and 3 different stripes. I love the thin stripe this top has. Great for layering with blazers, and cardigans or just wear it alone with a pair of pumps for a night out.
Neutral Shoes
I am a neutrals girl through and through! Love sharing my favorites with you and hope to inspire and help make your closet choices a little easier!
