FALL FLAVORS | TWO PROTEIN SMOOTHIES FOR FALL

This time of year calls for new recipes to help welcome the Fall weather! I love making protein shakes and smoothies for myself and my 3 boys! Even my husband likes them too. Protein smoothies are an easy and quick way to get in nutrients. I really enjoy creating new ones with new flavors to make my breakfast meals quick and delicious. Today I am sharing not one, but TWO easy protein smoothies for the entire family to try.

I purchased all of my ingredients to make these smoothies at Walmart– They have all the brands I love to use, and they make it easy to try the latest brands at affordable prices. With low prices I am able to mix up my routines and try new recipes without breaking the bank.

APPLE CINNAMON PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

What you will need to make this apple smoothie:

  • 1 cup of almond milk, or any base liquid you like
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 frozen banana (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • vanilla protein, my favorite
  • ICE

You will love the tasty twist of this apple pie smoothie. This smoothie is filling plus has that great apple cinnamon flavor we all love this time of year! TIP: I love that Walmart offers frozen bananas too, because there are those days I do forget to freeze my pre-cut bananas.

SHOP ALL INGREDIENTS AT WALMART:

Mix all ingredients in a blender, sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy! 🙂

PUMPKIN PIE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

What you will need to make this pumpkin pie protein smoothie:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • vanilla protein
  • ICE
  • Optional sub 1/4 cup oats instead of banana
  • Optional add Stevia to sweeten

Blend all ingredients in blender and serve. 🙂
