The Saturday Edition | Instagram Round Up

Happy Saturday friends!

Wow! This week flew by and it was a busy one for us for sure!  It started off with my birthday on Monday.  Thank you for all the birthday wishes!  I had a wonderful day and my boys spoiled me.  We are in the middle of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.  My husband has volunteered out there for years and he gets to spend a lot of time with all the little kids at the beginning of the show, while they ride on wagons and firetrucks.  It is always so fun when my boys get to ride too.  They love it!

Some other exciting news is our middle son Davis rode in the “Mutton Bustin” competition Thursday night at the Luke Bryan concert and WON!!!  So proud of our Davis! Click here for the news recap video.

Your feet will thank you.

Blog Posts

I am so excited to share my BBG progress blog post earlier this week where I chatted about why I love BBG and my results using the program.  This is my second time to do this program and love it because I do see results.  This program works great for me since working out at home is easiest since I am home with a little one.  Click here to read all about my BBG progress.

shop the look: Nike sneakers | Nike sneakers available in pink | Target camo leggings | Target tank | Target camo sports bra

I just loved these camo leggings when I saw them!  They are the perfect high-waisted legging and they are on sale for $25!   The sports bra runs TTS, but I do recommend sizing down in the leggings.  Also, if you want more of a tighter fit in your workout tank I would size down in this top as well.

Beauty

As most of you know, I have been using collagen peptides for about 9 months now!  If you missed my blog post about why I love them, click here to read.  This is not a new beauty find, but it is worth sharing over and over!  I have loved the results and it is just a scoop in my coffee every morning!  I have noticed change in my skin and hair and believe it does help my joints since I am so active. 🙂

Another beauty find that I have been using over months now is the TULA skincare line.  I am hopping to get a blog post up soon about all the amazing products, but what I also love is they have a sample traveling pack you can order to try.  The face wash is one of my absolute favorites.  I have all of my favorites linked on the “Beauty” tab over on the blog.

Instagram Round Up

Lots of fun over on Instagram this week!  I ran into LOFT and did a try on session for y’all!  When they have their 40% off sale it is the best time to shop!  You can see everything I tried on in the “stories” tab over on Instagram or click here.  A sneak peek at a few of my favorites!  You can also shop using the LIKEtoKNOW.it app.  Easy to download directly to your phone, and follow Running_On_Clean for all outfit posts.

shop the look: LOFT cardigan | similar LOFT cami | Nordstrom earrings | Steve Madden sandals | LOFT jeans | LOFT layering necklaces |

As y’all know I am all about casual comfy style.  You can still look pulled together by just adding a fun statement earring or different accessories.  I styled my favorite pair of jeans with this versatile cami.  This exact cami sold out, but I have linked the new version that comes in white and black.  (All LOFT items are 40% today)

This cardigan has been a go-to of mine since I snagged it at 40% off.  It comes in 3 different colors and is the softest cardigan.  I love to pair it with my favorite Zella leggings and faux leather leggings.

Another great cami is this black one with lace detail.  I love styling it with white denim to give it a chic classic look that is perfect for date night or a any occasion.  Just add a fun earring and your favorite nude heels.  This cami was sold out in different sizes, but keep an eye out because sizing keeps changing.  Don’t forget LOFT is still having their 40% off sale today!

SNEAK PEEK

shop the look: LOFT jeans | Steve Madden slides

As a thank you for subscribing to my blog my sneak peek for today are these new slip on Steve Madden sandals that will be on the blog next week.  Can I just say they are the SOFTEST slip on sandal I have ever put on.  The leather is so soft and buttery.  I know tons of shoes that cause blisters or cut into the top of you foot.  These don’t, and feel just like a slipper.  So comfy!  Will be perfect with denim shorts this summer.  They do come in a ton of colors also.  This color is “light brown”.   For reference, I did size up a 1/2 size in this particular shoe.

That is all for this week!  I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend filled with doing what you love.

XO, Ja’Net
