We are wrapping up January this weekend, and I am checking in to see how everyone is doing after a month of goal crushing. For me making goals in the New Year is something I enjoy doing, and it helps me start the year with a fresh mind set. Sticking with your goals after the “new” has worn off is the tricky part. It can be so overwhelming with all the choices out there, and that is why it can be easy to slip back into old habits. Believe me I have done it more than once!
I know when I first started making changes to live a healthier lifestyle, I had to take small steps. Finding the foods that worked best for my lifestyle and body is what I had to do. Reading labels became a huge part of my life to find brands that didn’t have the hidden ingredients or the added sugar that technically doesn’t have to be there. You would be so surprised to find out how many brands that appear to be a “healthier” choice have hidden chemicals and additives.

One of the most important parts of making better choices is what I have and use in the kitchen. To start I would read common products we use a lot like spaghetti sauce, ketchup, proteins, snacks etc… I would then have to break up my shopping trips because most products I wanted to swap out were only available at select health grocery stores. That was hard because as a mom of 3 my time is precious, so having to make extra grocery store runs to buy certain brands became time consuming.
This year it has been EXTRA EASY to stick to my wellness goals because Walmart just launched their own Wellness Hub. Walmart wants to make it easier for us to stick to our wellness resolutions by offering so many brands and products we know and love, like my Vega protein I use for daily protein shakes. The Wellness Hub offers so many options to help us discover wholesome foods, vitamins and supplements.

Some of my favorites go to products that are now available at Walmart
Vega Protein – helps fuel my body with extra protein on a daily basis
Rao’s Marinara Sauce – my entire family loves this clean sauce for pasta nights
Purely Elizabeth – a yummy grain free granola to put on top of overnight oats or yogurt
Bob Mill’s Rolled Oats – I love using this brand in my strawberry oats protein shake plus it makes great overnight oats
Vital Proteins – collagen for added protein, I put a scoop in my coffee every morning
Chomps – quick clean snack with no added additives. A great protein source and the boys love them too! I love that they come in mini sizes too – great for on the go and kid’s lunches.

Speaking of discovering new products I am excited to try these apple cyder gummies from Goli. I am almost finished with my first bottle and will be reporting back after I finish the second. My boys love their gummy vitamins as well and Spring Valley has so many different vitamins and supplements for kids and adults to try all available at Walmart.

Walmart’s Wellness Hub has been my primary destination and one stop shop to help me crush my new year’s goals as well as continue to live a healthy lifestyle. While browsing the Hub you will find inspiration for eating better, fueling your exercise, self care products, and mental health boosters. Resolve to live well.
Now that Walmart offers so many products I love, it is easy to continue making those changes in the kitchen. Walmart has really kicked it into high gear this year offering so many great products. They are now available in store and online. Walmart make it easy to shop online for store pickup and delivery, free next-day and two-day shipping options. I even can use my Walmart+ membership for Walmart+ free shipping, no order minimum on items from Walmart.com (excludes oversized/freight & Marketplace items) with next-day and two-day shipping options.
