Happy Saturday friends! Welcome back to my Saturday Edition post! We are in full swing with baseball practice for my two older boys, so life is getting crazy! Plus can I just say 2nd grade is hard. WAH!!! Anyone else struggle with their child’s study habits and trying to help them. It is such a hard thing as a parent. I can remember my mom helping me when I was little and now my oldest gets me everyday after school doing homework and studying. I just pray that I can guide and teach him how to stay positive and always do his best.
Today I am starting with my beauty finds! I am really excited to start a “Beauty” tab on the blog. You can check it out here. As you know, I am not a beauty expert, I just loving sharing what works!!
BEAUTY
Ok, so I’ve heard that some have ordered the Revlon blow-dryer and volumizer that I mentioned in my last Saturday Edition! I would love to know your feedback. I have been using mine for the last two weeks, and hope to get a blog post up next week all about my amazing results. Y’all this thing is amazing! It does the round brushing and blow dries at the same time. SAY WHAT!? If you are anything like me, I CAN NOT round brush to save my life. So, this tool gives me volume at my roots, blow drys and gives me that blow out feel I get from a salon. It also makes my hair silky smooth without adding any products.

NEWEST BEAUTY FIND
My latest beauty love is this eyebrow definer I have been using for the last two weeks. Being a brunette my eyebrows are very light. I use a pencil on them everyday, so it actually makes me look like I have darker eyebrows. I have tried a few brands and unfortunately in the end, yes they do darken my eyebrows but the pencil ends up pulling out the hairs. That is the total opposite of what I want! I think it is the little sharp edges when you sharpen the pencil that grabs the hairs. So, I did a little research and heard great things about this one.
It is a must try. This definer pencil goes on super soft and smooth. It has a retractable triangular shape tip and most of all it doesn’t pull my eyebrow hairs. It comes in tons of colors too. I order the “dark brown” and it is perfect since I have such dark hair. The colors range from blonde, auburn, carmel, black to all the in between. The best part is it doesn’t need sharpening so it isn’t like “pencil”. If you are shopping for a new eyebrow definer pencil this is one to try.

As promised, I snuck into Rue Bird Market and did a little try on session with all their cute spring clothes and accessories! This boutique has such unique finds that are perfect for spring.

I just love these wedges! I wore them all last summer and plan to continue wearing them this summer. This pair comes in 4 different colors and they are on sale!!! Hurry! These are such a good price right now and the site is having a sale with code “FEB2018”
This cute dress was another thing I picked up at Target when making my usual diaper run. It is hard for me to pass up olive-green especially if it’s a tee-shirt style dress. For reference, it runs TTS.

Next up I am always searching for good denim shorts that aren’t too short, have leg room and are comfy. I found these recently and they are regular priced $19.99. They went on sale for $13 the other day, so it was a no brainer. These shorts run TTS, but you can size up for a more boyfriend, relaxed look. I like my denim shorts loose and comfy, so I usually size up.
SALES
This peplum top has been on major sale for awhile now! For $20 you get a great layering top, that is perfect for casual wear but also can be dressed up for the office. I love the thin flowy fit of this top and the stripes are my favorite. It also comes in solid colors too. I am excited to wear this into spring and summer. Grab one before they sell out. For reference, I am wearing a small in this top.
Another great top that just went on sale is this long sleeve tee. This tee has been a staple and is so perfect for throwing on by itself or layering. I also plan to wear it into spring and summer with denim shorts and as a cover-up over my swim top! Such a great staple and it comes in solid colors too. For reference, I am wearing a small. If you want a more fitted look, I would size down one size from your normal.
