I can’t believe March is here and on its way. Baseball practice has started for my older two, so I am carpooling and running from practice to practice especially now that my husband is busy with rodeo. He volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo every year. It’s a lot of fun, but also a busy time here.
Davis will be Mutton Bustin this coming week also during the performance at the rodeo. It should be a lot of fun! My oldest did it a few years ago and won! I will keep y’all posted on how he does.
This Saturday Edition is all about my new favorites, an easy lunch recipe and getting ready for Spring!!

Dressing Room-Swimsuit Edition
Sneak Peek: I am working on a try-on session of swimsuits that I have all found at Target! I wanted to share some of my favorites early with my blog subscribers! 🙂 They are having a BOGO sale right now, and if you were looking to shop, today is a good day, to order a few to try! I always like to order my swimsuits online. Trying them on in a dressing room is always a disaster for me. I like my own lighting and my own mirror at home. :). (BOGO sale ends today!!)
These are some of my favorites that I have seen online, in the store and have ordered to try on. I personally always like a good one-piece for an everyday suit, especially when I am chasing babies and toddlers at the pool. Retailers have made so many great one-piece suits that are so flattering to wear. You can shop any of these suits using my links and still get the BOGO sale that ends today!
Ok, so if you saw my Instagram stories earlier this week, I tried the St. Tropez Express Tanning Mousse. I am always looking for a new tanning lotion to try and my biggest thing is THE SMELL! I can’t stand the smell and even have a hard time sleeping in it. So, when I saw this mousse was an express and that it tans within a few hours and you can wash it off I had to try it. I would also recommend using a mitt to apply it. I didn’t use a mitt the 2 times I have used it and had to do one leg, then wash my hands….then do the second leg…it works that fast.
As you know this is my busy time and my kitchen activity slows down, but I was able to post my Clean Egg Salad recipe. This is a go to easy recipe that can be made for lunch. I make a lot of this in the summer time when I am on the go with kids. You can use it on a sandwich, toast, lettuce wrap or just eat it by itself.

Wedges are going to be so popular this spring and summer. These cognac pair have been on sale for the last week and they come in a taupe, black also! I might snag the taupe pair because they are seriously so comfortable.
These stripe wedges are my newest pair and again…..sooooo comfy! I can’t wait to style these for the summer.
Lastly, I am so glad I pulled the trigger on these Adidas. I wear them so much more than I thought I would. They go with so many different things, from a causal dress, to jeans and will be perfect with denim shorts this summer. Worth the investment for sure! I am still wishing I would have kept mine from 7th grade though! Seriously had the exact shoe in middle school. LOL 🙂
