January was full of new and exciting things, but we are ready for February. A little more warmth and sunshine please. Who else is tired of the cold? The boys are busy with sports and baseball is gearing up for my middle son. My oldest is trying our track this season, and I am so excited for him. To be a kid that is willing to try anything, do anything without knowing a single person there. He is so brave and bold! I love it! I would have NEVER done it as a child. I was too shy and nervous about trying new things, but I am so glad he is jumping in and going to give it his all this season.
February I know will fly by and I have a few things planned already for the blog. Stay tuned for my full 6 weeks results from FASTer Way to Fat Loss. I just finished 4 weeks and can’t wait to share more with you guys. I noticed Super Bowl, the not so good choices were just not worth it. I was able to focus on balancing my carbs-protein-fat intake with the knowledge that FWTFL provides.

Old Navy joggers – If you are on the hunt for a pair of joggers, this pair is a must try. They come in several colors, and I mean a ton! I loved the fit and how light weight this pair is. The Amazon sneaker that I have been loving! I have had these on major repeat lately ever since I got them in. I went up a half size and the fit is great. My true size, my toe hit the edge. Black joggers – stripe tee – Two Amazon faves this past month were 1. these high waisted black joggers with a draw string waist. Loved the fit and recommend your true size. They are more of a thin sweatshirt material. 2. This stripe tee has been a winner! I am always on the hunt for an affordable classic tee that fits well and this one is it for me! (wearing the small) The white tee is NOT see through, which is usually a problem when you are looking for a good one.
